SHIPPING FEES – Shipment expenses depends the weight of the order. Checkout page will show available shipment methods and fees according to your zip code and country. Customers from non-EU countries are responsible for possible import customs and VAT taxes in their own country. DELIVERY – All shipments within Bulgaria or foreign countries are shipped by Bulgarian Post. Priority delivery times are: Europe 3-7 working days and outside of Europe 6-14 working days, excluding mailing day.

RETURN POLICY – Smokart Ltd. offers you a full 14 days money back guarantee from the day you receive your Snake Legend order (minus the original shipping cost). PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURN SHIPPING – Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. You can either exchange your product or receive money refund. You must e-mail to our customer service at info@snakelegend.com or call +359 888 230 765 in working days 11.00-19.00 (CET) within 14-days of receiving your order, prior to shipping anything back to Snake Legend. Smokart Ltd. will not be held accountable for any lost packages. PREPERE YOUR PACKAGE – Pack your return securely with the original packaging if possible. Please include a note with your name and order number. WAIT FOR YOUR REFUND – Return parcels may take multiple weeks to be delivered at our warehouse. Once your return has arrived, please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processes. We will send you an email once refund is on its way.

RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE/FAULTY PRODUCTS – In addition to your statutory rights in relation to defective products, we offer the following contractual right in respect of defective products. You should promptly contact us via e-mail info@snakelegend.com with details of the product and its damage (add a photo), or you can contact us by telephone on +359 888 230 765 in working days 11.00-19.00 (CET). ALWAYS contact us before return shipping anything. We will usually process the refund or replacement as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund or replacement of the defective product.
